Terms of use and end-user license agreement
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms apply to altitude-supply.com and everything on it, including the contractor and specifier areas, calculators, documents, the online cart and ordering, and the staff tools (together, the "Site"), provided by Altitude Construction Supply ("Altitude", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for your own business dealings with Altitude. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the Site, try to get around its security, or use it to break any law.
2. Accounts
Logins are approved by Altitude and are for the person they were issued to. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend or remove access at any time. Contractor pricing is confidential to your company and may not be shared.
3. Prices, quotes and orders
Prices shown on the Site are for approved customers, do not include sales tax or freight unless stated, and may change. Quotes are valid for the period shown on them. Online orders are requests until Altitude confirms them; we may adjust or decline an order (for example, for availability or pricing errors). Our invoices, terms of sale and any credit agreement with you govern purchases.
4. Calculators, documents and technical information
Calculators are estimating tools only. Product data sheets, specifications, charts and other documents come from the manufacturers or are based on them and may change. You are responsible for confirming quantities, product selection and suitability for your project, and for following the manufacturer's current instructions. Technical help from Altitude does not replace the advice of the project's design professional.
5. QuickBooks Online connection (staff tool)
The Site includes a staff-only tool that connects to Altitude's own QuickBooks Online company. It is licensed only to Altitude and its authorized staff, for Altitude's internal use. It reads business information from QuickBooks to keep the Site's inventory, orders and billing consistent. Only Altitude's owners can connect or disconnect it, and it can be disconnected at any time from the Site or from QuickBooks. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc.; Intuit is not responsible for the Site.
6. Your content
When you send us information or files (orders, project details, drawings, photos), you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to serve you and, when you ask, to share them with manufacturers or engineering partners for your project.
7. Third-party sites and brands
The Site links to manufacturers' websites and documents. We are not responsible for their content. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Product warranties, if any, come from the manufacturer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Altitude is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change or stop any part of the Site. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
